(This will enable me to change day/night mode and record a new special announcement anytime, anywhere.)
(I don't have the buttons allowing me to change day/night mode and record a special annoucenment. Or, I just need help understanding and using this feature on a softphone.)


Day/Night Mode Change



Important Note:

We are unable to change your special event announcement on your behalf. We can only change modes for you. The existing night or special annoucenment will be used. If you want to change the annoucement, you will need to have access to a desk phone or softphone.







⚑ Here is a reminder of how the two night modes work:

  • Night Temp - automatically resets back to day mode the next business day
  • Night Perm - stays in night mode until disabled (If you want us to make this change, let us know when to put it back!)
